Mrs. Michele England
Mrs. England proudly joined the Lacey Township High School Administrative Team as an Assistant Principal in January 2025, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in education. As a proud alumna of the district, she is excited to return to her roots and contribute to the school community that shaped her educational journey.
After graduating from Lacey Township High School, Mrs. England attended Monmouth University, earning a B.A. in Education and History/Political Science with a minor in Mathematics. She later obtained an M.A. in Educational Administration from the University of Scranton.
Mrs. England began her career as a Mathematics Teacher at Lacey High School in 2003, a role she held until 2011 while also coaching soccer, swimming, and softball. She then transitioned into administration as a Dean of Students at Lacey before serving as an Assistant Principal at Holmdel High School. In 2015, she joined Howell High School as an Assistant Principal and Academic Supervisor, a position she held until returning to Lacey.
Mrs. England is excited to be back and eager to collaborate with students, staff, and the broader school community. She is committed to building meaningful relationships with all stakeholders and fully supports the district’s mission to inspire excellence in every student while fostering values of pride and tradition. Dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment, she looks forward to helping students pursue their passions and thrive both in and out of the classroom.
