Director of Special Services

Mr. Bond is proud to serve the students of Lacey Township as the Director of Special Services.  Prior to coming back to Lacey, Mr. Bond served as the District Supervisor of Elementary Education for the Barnegat Township School District.  In this role, Mr. Bond supervised curriculum, instruction, and assessment for the district’s K-5 enrollment. 

Before becoming an administrator, Mr. Bond was a special education and general education mathematics teacher at Lacey Township Middle School.  Previous to that role, Mr. Bond completed two long-term substitute assignments in the district working in the alternative program at the high school and in the classroom for students with behavioral and emotional disabilities at the middle school. 

Mr. Bond holds a Master of Arts in Education Leadership, Management, and Policy from Seton Hall University and a Master of Arts in Teaching Special Education from New Jersey City University.  Mr. Bond also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Stockton College.

Mr. Bond is an alumni of the Lacey Township High School Class of 2000 and was a resident of Lacey Township for over 25 years before relocating to Wall Township with his wife and son.
