Mrs. Theresa Kilmurray began serving as the Supervisor of Lanoka Harbor Elementary School in January 2019.  During her time in the Lacey School District, Mrs. Kilmurray also taught at all three elementary schools. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a certificate in Elementary Education from Georgian Court University in 1992.  Mrs. Kilmurray earned a Master’s Degree in Administration and Educational Leadership from Georgian Court University in 2018.  

As an administrator, Mrs. Kilmurray assists in the planning, development, and implementation of the curriculum.  She works collaboratively with teachers to help design and implement instructional strategies that enhance student education.  Mrs. Kilmurray strongly feels that data-driven instruction creates a supportive and constructive school environment where teachers and students share the responsibility for learning.  Mrs. Kilmurray has served on the Curriculum Mapping, Professional Development, and Standards-Based Report Card committees. While teaching, Mrs. Kilmurray was nominated for Teacher of the Year and was inducted into the 2011 Class of Teachers Who Rock.  

Mrs. Kilmurray is a graduate of the Lacey Township School District and has resided in Lacey since 1972.  Mrs. Kilmurray enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and her children Erin, Ryan, and Meghan.  Her favorite pastimes include reading and traveling.
